my 2008

this post is dedicated to everyone i love cos they have made my 2008 a very fulfilling one. i think it is the craziest year of my uni life.. some highlights of the year: got attached; had alot of HTHT sessions with the fairies; had theme parties with fairies; went to kelong, tioman, bangkok and malaysia(many times); seeing kristy graduating from K2; keegan learning to speak (and talk back); kanice still as cute as ever =), etc

actually all my happening photos are in fb lah, lazy to post also.. and everyone who reads my blog would have already seen all my photos on fb so ya, dont post again.. and if you realise, out of all my photos, 3/4 are fairies-related.. as what pigu n dav said, i think we are so much more bonded this year, dunno why but it just happens.. it's like we have endless stuff to talk abt.. hmm actually we always talk abt the same stuff like over n over again, which explains the many late nights HTHT.. half of my dec holiday is spent with them too, haha QAD!! we all know that we may not have such chances again next yr, so whack it lah, play as much as we can first bah.. i feel i can go uber crazy with very close friends around, imagine what happens when 7 girls get tog, of course not watch little nyonya right? like tonight, on 31 dec, we are going to have another theme party: Occupation! i am going to dress as a fisherman.. muahahaha. pls look out for our fb pics ah =)

ok i am going to meet my fairies soon for another badminton session. before i end, i want to thank everyone for making my life so ever colourful, i believe our friendship will last. 'friends 4eva'. hahaha.. and of course the love between my boy and me will stay strong. i know we will make it happen hor? hehe

end of a wonderful 2008

i will blog about my 2008 soon.. in summary, it was a GREAT year! yeah u all know, i met my love =), did alot more crazier things with fairies. ya i had alot of fun, but it also marks my last holiday as a student.. boo. nvm see open abit, gonna enter into the working/married life very very soon.

sports for life

today was our badminton cum swimming day.. me dav pigu pat limei n ricky were there. we played from 2-4pm, then after which we went swimming.. damn fit lah. but it's always fun with the fairies around =) ya, and davina has reached a new level in swimming le.. today she learnt how to put her head above water to breathe.. WELL DONE! the next time she jio us go she will be swimming like a dolphin, whish whish, ahaha.. and pigu taught us a new swim stroke: the butt stroke. HAHAHA. all u have to do is to swim normally then after the count of 3 lift ur butt out of the water. we tried sychronizing as well.. can see all our perky butts

-_- though it is useless, we played like mad can. machiam like a bunch of kiddies. if u wanna see can ask either pigu or pat or dav or me to show u all.. very fun.

today my boy went for inter-hall snooker competition.. his team won leh. good good, hope he will win the quarter-finals, semis and finally the finals. wish u luck ah.. when i come back from KL then give u good luck kiss. muhehe

anyway hope we can go for the batam trip, i so wanna cable ski!!! so hope ricky can plan it FAST. life's too short so we must do crazy things every now and then

the past week has been a crazy but fulfilling one.. kids world, fairies bbq, went rollerblading twice, met up with fairies for HTHT session, mass chat with fairies every night.. if u realise all my activities involve the fairies, how loving we are =) tml we are going to play badminton somemore.

ok firstly kids world, it was fun and i enjoyed it though it was VERY tiring cos u know, taking care of kids requires alot of energy. nah these are the kids, naughty but quite cute.. our grp is called NEMO!! best group leh..

this girl was my kid initially, but after that she followed pigu, maybe she likes pigu more.. so i took her kid instead

my kid eventually.. i think she is quite pretty. cantik sia

nothing much happened on day 1.. come day 2, we went to science centre. initially they said go zoo but cos no sponsors so we be geek go geeky place.. lucky for the kids, if not if they had annoyed us, they would have been thrown into the tiger's den.. HAHA

we bought new specs to match the science-y theme

wah lau i wanna say sth, the food sold at the cafe there damn expensive lah.. cos the kids were hungry so no choice gotta buy for them.. end up we were very hungry, had to settle for apollo cakes. how sad..

anyway check out fb for all the photos.. i have been hearing ppl say their news feed cant take it cos nicole yip wan wei uploads photos very fast.. everyday on average got 2 new albums.. fairies tradition, no choice.. we took more pics ourselves than with the kids, ended up the kids took pics for us. after this camp the kids would have acquired some quite zai photography skills, haha

day 3 was the most enjoyable and teary one.. YEAH nemo won best dance n performance, all thanks to hanafi, one of our kids.. 3 CHEERS & 3 CHEERS & 3 CHEERS for NEMO!! =)

It was a fun-filled 3 day camp, somemore i love kids so much, after this camp i love them even more.. kids are always a bundle of joy to me =)

day 2: went for fitness class and ran 3km on the threadmill.. it helps when i am running and watching tv at the same time.. it distracts me, so i can actually run more than i normally do. btw i am eating durian ice cream now =) hahaha that's the thing, eat without guilt.. tml i am going to east coast to rollerblade with jan, YEAH!!

yesterday went JB with my boy.. bloody hell not say i wanna say, m'sia customs are so inefficient can. we waited for close to an hour before we could step legally onto the other side. actually mainly it's those people who dunno how to write the white card, cos when they stamped my passport, it only took like 10 secs. i think i saw the officer filling in the white card for this girl.. IDIOTIC. throw singapore face... she alone took 2 mins. ok that aside, when we stepped into city sq, we literally ran to kim gary cos we were soooooooo hungry. really. then shopped ard cos the boy wants to buy working pants and he found them! finally lah, after trying at g2000 and other places, he finally found the right one for him at padini(got brand one ah), and it's cheap, 2 for S$72!! cheap and good, that's what he calls a good deal. hehe

anyways my sec sch friend elson, found his autograph book and sent me what i wrote in it.. GOODNESS! forgive me, i was childish then.

dunno whether u all can see. hahaha, when i was 13 yrs old.. if wanna see can ask me to send u. but last time write autograph book very in one leh.. i should go find mine too. 'friends 4eva' HAHA

i realise i have been blogging quite often after exams, too bo liao already.. anyway today is my 'Working toward My Goal' Day 1.. i am gonna keep a record of everything i have done.

Day 1: went fitnessfirst in the morning for 2 hrs, went rollerblading at east coast for abt an hour

i think if werent for the fact that i cant do sit & reach, i would consider being a part time fitness instructor.. i just love to exercise!!! i already date davina for a badminton + swim along session after kids world, dav dont pang seh me ah.. who wanna come can join.

i highly recommend this show "不凡的爱". ya it was aired on channel8 not long ago, but i didnt watch it then mah.. Seriously, this is a very very very very very nice show.. good cast, good story, good everything.. i can watch 9 episodes in a day lah, haha thanks to mobtv.. and ya my boy said must thank him for configuring the settings so....

i even gave up watching my prison break season 3 for this show.. not because elvin ng is more handsome than wentworth miller, ok both are equally good-looking, but the story of bu fan is alot more realistic lah, like an educational show.. i rate it 5 out of 5..

anyway it's the start of the holiday, my last one also.. one of the few things i like about holidays is i can do what i like to do freely without feeling guilty.. i want to go swimming in the morning and blade in the afternoon, i want to stay at fitnessfirst for 5 hours.. YES i have a goal, i want to tone my body by end of holidays!! that means i will be hanging out alot at fitnessfirst and east coast park and hougang swimming complex.. HAHA so happy. but no one seems to have the same goal as i do.. maybe only pat bah, but she is gonna be busy.. so who is free to exercise with me? JIO ME PLEASE

i finally got to meet Ms Lim today. Yes she is very busy flying across the globe, so just nice i have nothing on so we met for lunch.. she suggested waraku cos she can get 20% discount and i didnt mind.. I SHOULD HAVE MINDED MAN!!! people out there, PLEASE DONT EAT THEIR SET LUNCH. let me show u

look at that.. everything was half portion lah. u look at the soup, bloody hell also half bowl.. the cup they used is the one used in zouk, i can like down 5 of that easily. so we felt very very bu shuang, ps asked the waitress:

waitress: oh ya, it's all half portion for set lunch cos it comes with a side dish, soup, salad and drink

me: but......

what the hell, so if it comes with a side and sth else they have the right to reduce the portion of the pasta? ^%&#$@^ i think a smart move would have been them using a smaller plate instead to put their HALF portion of pasta so it wouldnt look so little, cos it looks unpresentable and pathetic.. so obviously i wasnt full at all, ps too. so we went for desserts at azabu sabo..

the upper one is vanilla ice cream with green tea and red bean paste on top of baked sweet potato, and the one below is some hotball with sweet potato and ice cream.. this was even more filling than my lunch.. buay tahan. we all know that ice cream melts fast in s'pore, so while we were talking n laughing, the tall ice cream fell -_- cui

after all the grumbling and whining about how we got cheated, we decided to head to daiso!! ahaha everyone should get out n go there.. so fun lah

we saw the biscuits la bi xiao xin always eats..haha wanted to buy, but when i went over to hold up the box, it was freaking light lah. i shaked it, hmm only got about 5 to 6 biscuits inside..

yeah i had fun.. but i had to leave at 4 plus cos gotta go back ah ma house for dinner.. and thanks ps for the extra face masks.. i love them, it's so good =) we will meet up soon ya? and janice, our schedules always clash, and uncle yusiang, he is always so busy, even holidays also busy...... must be studying for next sem HAHAHA

anyway i saw this on ps facebook, i think she took it when she went perth.. i think SMRT should have this on the trains. so all those who are always pretending to sleep and not give up their seats to the needy, this will wake them up man.. i support this move (both hands n legs in the air)

post exams blues

it's 1.40am and i cant get to sleep.. davina was telling me earlier on if cant sleep can drink choya, but i told her i sleep well.. maybe i really need one of those stuff that will knock me out straight away. haha

oh ya, exams are over. and seriously i dont feel happy at all, maybe relieved, but definitely not in that ecstatic kind of mood.. probably i have grown numb to all these exam shit, sitting for a paper and knowing i wont score well just makes it worse. i have only myself to blame for not studying hard enough bah, regretting when i have only 1 sem left.. if only i could turn back time.......

now, the mere though of FYP makes me cringe.. EEYER

ok at least there's still a good radio station amidst all these nonsense -- CLASS 95FM!!! it's the only station i listen to, cos it plays nice songs most of the time.. esp at night, when my whole family is sleeping, and my boy is busy and i am alone, WORSE still, still cant get to sleep.. HAHA ironically, i am listening to michael jackson's: you are not alone.

anyway i dunno how to configure the settings of my comp to match the requirements of the mobtv settings.. i already d/l everything i needed to, but still cant watch -_- sickening.. i am such an IT idiot, i still have the face to put on my resume i am proficient in Microsoft Office, the only things i know is to type, change font, save, and print.. better not my future employer see this, hurhur. dont tell me about cookies and temporary files, i only know oreo and wang wang xue bing..

i know i said i not gonna blog, but i have to lah.. stupid ntu charge me $10 more for paying my miscellaneous fees late. pay late only what, not as if i wont pay. bloody hell. charge me all those nonsense like student union fee, sports(i have only used their squash court once), insurance??? what the hell, so i fall down in school and break my neck can claim is it? stupid ntu doesnt understand sometimes we students are freaking poor, delay payment by only a few wks they charge a late fee, if still dont pay dont let u see results.. HAI recession leh.

anyway i will not be updating this blog until 21 nov cos it's that time of the year again. yes exams.. -.- so dont come visit the sun, sea, stars, moon, my boy and me ok? hope i can get over and done with this shit fast.. cos i am so looking forward to DECEMBER!! kids world, rollerblading (ah wan faster go and learn), christmas etc.. and cos this will be the LAST one month holiday i have as a student until i retire at 50 years old.. so i am gonna enjoy it like nobody's business. i think everyone has probably heard that i wanna learn latin dance. YES i want lah!! there's this flame within me burning furiously... after learning teenie bit of salsa at fitnessfirst, i am so enjoying it. and i have always been interested in ballroom dance, dont know whether salsa, tango, rumba, cha cha is under ballroom dancing but u know lah, all need to wear high heels and beautiful costume and dance with a guy (better be ur bf if u have one), cos i heard it's quite sensual.. touch here touch there.. and i think when a couple does things together, can 促进感情. so anyone got any lobang on salsa or tango tell me OK? we can all go learn together.. how fun.

i not only love jay chou, i love my boy too, very very much.. yest i stayed in school to do behavioural project, then he asked me dinner how, said he felt like cooking.. then cos i didnt want to walk back to hall to have dinner and walk back to school again, so i said: u cook already then bring to school for me lah, if not dont cook lor.. so i really thot he decided not to cook.. BUT he really went out to buy stuff to cook and brought it to me.. Mama Mia!

i went to catch Mama Mia with pat yest.. i think this movie is not bad.. the singing and dancing and especially the location where this film was shot. DAMN BEAUTIFUL!! and the lead actress is so gorgeous can.. there u go.. the pic is kinda small, but still can see she is soooo pretty. pretty girls are so nice to look at..

nah i shall not say so much about the movie in case some of u havent watched it yet. but i think it's worth watching, at least i enjoyed it..

i adore this place.. it's in Greece i think.
