ALL rude people should be condemned! study so much, but treat a fellow human receptionist like she is not human. hello ppl basic courtesy: look at that person when she is talking to you! but since u are not respecting me, i wont bother being nice to u.. cos my niceness is for ppl who deserve it.

eh vone, me and zu are the gangsters, or in her words: 'hantu' in RBS.. HAHA i think RBS should keep us and pay us $3000 cos we are really fierce to those ppl who dont change pass.
